A unique opportunity for a successful mortgage broker has become available.
Despite the current turmoil in the credit markets Mortgage Goldmine sees an opportunity to continue to grow a successful mortgage brokerage.
The Opportunity
You will work from Home and work as a Mortgage Adviser for UK Financial Matters.
If you live in London then office based opportunity can be discussed.
Self Employed proposition with uncapped earning potential.
Leads will be provided for mortgage and insurance sales.
Your duties will include:
- Interviewing and telephoning customers regarding their mortgage needs
- Completing mortgage fact finds
- Assessing individual customer credit history
- Collating all information then advising on the figure the customer can borrow
- Advising on the suitable mortgage product from our independent sourcing systems
- Cross selling insurance & protection products
Applicant Requirements
Full CeMAP or equivalent along with an excellent knowledge of the mortgage industry and the associated protection products is required. You should be a confident mortgage adviser/broker who has ideally dealt with High Net Worth clients and handled mortgages from £50,000 to £500,000 and have a working knowledge of the self cert/sub-prime/Buy to Let mortgage market.
You should be a good team player, and have a professional manner.
