We at Mortgagegoldmine.co.uk have setup an Online Mortgage Search System intended especially for borrowers who don't need mortgage/remortgage advice but would still prefer a professional to process their mortgage/remortgage application. We serve the whole of the United Kingdom and act as your liaison with your chosen lender to process your mortgage/remortgage application.
Arranging a mortgage/remortgage through us will cost you NO EXTRA but, as we are a whole of market broker you will have access to the best rates and will receive a Cashback Payment from us on the completion of your mortgage/remortgage.
How to apply
Please visit our Mortgage Main Page for different options to search right mortgage/remortgage product for your requirements. You can then submit your Full Mortgage Application Online or you can call us at 020 7000 3171. We will then process your mortgage/remortgage application with the lender. You will get Cashback up to £1000 from us.

Over the Phone
If you speak to us, we will listen to your requirements and provide you with information about mortgages which meet your criteria so you can make your own choice. We do not give advice. If you are in any doubt as to whether a product is suitable for you or you need Financial Advice then this service is not suitable for you.
Application Process
1 - Find a mortgage/remortgage using our website. Visit our Mortgage Page for options or call us on 020 7000 3171.
2 - Once you have selected a particular mortgage/remortgage product, click the 'Apply' button next to your chosen mortgage to fill in your mortgage application details or call us on 020 7000 3171.
3 - We will speak to you over the phone and then e-mail you a KFI (Keyfacts Illustration) for your chosen mortgage. We aim to do this within 24 hours.
4 - If you wish to go ahead, you must reply to our e-mail to confirm that you have read and understood the KFI. We cannot submit your application to the lender until we have this confirmation. (Please also let us know if you have decided not to proceed with your application).
5 - Next, we ask you to send us via email/post any additional information required by the lender:
- Certified Identification documents from your solicitor (if you require we can provide you details of solicitors in your local area). If you live in London or like to visit our office in London then you can bring your original documents and we can certify them.
- A signed direct debit mandate and declaration for the lender
- Proof of earnings as required by the lender
- Mortgagegoldmine.co.uk Mortgage Client Declaration (signed and dated)
6 - We will then submit your application with the lender electronically (where possible) or by post and will return your original documents (if you have sent to us) by first class signed for post. We will keep you updated with the progress of your application, whilst aiming to obtain your Mortgage Offer as quickly as possible.
7 - Once your application has been processed by the lender and it's been accepted then lender will arranges for valuation.
8 - Subject to satisfactory valuation then the lender posts the mortgage offer to your solicitor and copies to you and Mortgagegoldmine.co.uk.

10 - Exchange of contracts (if you are buying a property)
11 - Completion (your new mortgage will start on this day)
